Vital Signs - Vibrant Communities

This video, created by the International Sign Association, was developed as a tool to educate city sign code developers and regulators of the value of signage and sign users' inherent rights protected under the U.S. Constitution, debuted to the public on a large LCD monitor just outside the main entrance to the exhibit hall. Throughout the four day event, the informative video played continuously for the 22,000-plus trade show participants, while ISA distributed free copies of the video from the ISA membership booth. The new DVD is designed to be played by business owners and viewed by local officials at public hearings, where citizens are typically given less than five minutes to present cases.
