Nice retort! It's actually a pretty cool album. The sound is supposed to be minimal. People just don't understand this music. The Field is seriously a sampling GOD!! Check out Over the Ice. It's nuts how little this man can put into one song, but make it sound so fully bodied and dare i say it, romantic.

The Beatles music is easy to create too, only a couple of standar chords. WTF!!! Why we are responding to people that dont know anything about what they are talking about...

@BeenWii Whoops, I mean From Here we Got Sublime

as much as i think this is a great piece of work, i don't see it as an original tune, if anything it's a remix of the OG flamingos tune, just me though, the video is really cool. the field is pretty rad as well

Only idiots think that this 'sort' of music is easy to create! This 'sort' of music isn't tangibly connected to mainstream beliefs that everything needs a chorus, interlude and break. There's much music out there that is more experimental but this is on the side of niceness that I can easily appreciate

@Thelightingeffects You are right. And my comment is from a year ago. I listen again to this song and I like it more.

Thank you to everyone for your positive comments.
It is important to note, however, that I in no way created the music you're hearing. As stated at the end of the video, the music was done by The Field.
As for whether or not this sort of music is easy to create, I'll let you have your opinion. However, I'll also point you to the fact that the album containing this song was recently ranked #58 on Pitchfork's top albums of the past decade list. So apparently some people appreciate it.
