Shawshank Redemption

Morgan Freeman has the best voice in the world. he could probably talk about anything and make it entrancing. If he made a movie about the color blue, and it was just a blue screen for 2-3 hours with just morgan freemans voice in the background, i would watch it all, and probably shed a single tear of awe.

I think in this particulaur parole hearing in comparrison to his other its clear that he has just given up, where as before he was telling them what he thought they wanted to hear, now its very clear that he has just 'run out of steam', and that running out of steam, I know with quite (all be it indirrect) experience of situations very much like this is exactly what they had to (and to a degree still have to) look for.. please excuse poor grammer, but "to tell you the truth, I dont give a shit".

Great movie...watched it last night on channel 4. A film that just grabbed me and drew me into the story, and one of a very few that have have had me close to tears. Brilliant. Matserpiece.
And whoever says twilight is better, you need a therapist...seriously.

You're to stupid to recognize one of the messages of this movie, which in this particular scene is regret. Everybody experiences it in their life and those who say they don't are to ignorat to acknowledge the repercussions of their actions. You say Twilight is better than this movie, I say you're being immature.

reversed psychology and how red really felt isn't the same..it wasn't part of some plot to get paroled, it wasn't rehearsed , it was his honesty that got him approved ..that's the way i see it, but you have a right to your perceptions..

one my favorite scenes, too! This movie is just so full of meaning and inspiration. When I see those poor prisoners, it makes me appreciate and motivates me to worker harder, strive to achieve. Thanks for uploading.
