@reymatt76 I think at some point Jim Jones banned sex (except in his own case, of course) between people living in Jonestown. I'm like you, by the way, that I sometimes think of North Korea as one giant insane religious cult rather than one big prison like some people think. But either way a truly horrible place to be.

You know, if you pause it at 0:17 (try to time it as it goes by very fast), you'll see that a lot of the buildings are indeed dilapidated as madoffler noted in his comment. Which to me shows that things are so bad in North Korea that even when they try to promote tourism it's hard for them to hide just how awful their country is. It sure goes by fast, though! I'm surprised they don't show that small section of Pyongyang where all those monuments to the Kims are.

@danning1 Actually it's a real slide in the country, it just hasn't seen use since the 1980's.

Knowing North Korea, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the footage of the swimming pool and the water slide was taken from a South Korean theme park somewhere. Not like the NK propaganda machine would be above lying, right?
