First thing black women need to do is pick up some books and learn their history. They have no idea who they are. The media is not your friend black woman. Oprah is not your friend. Material objects never makes anyone happy. Money does not make you happy. So what if you have 2 degrees. What are you doing for your community Black Woman. Bragging about how much you earn on someone else's job? You have nothing, and now many of you don't have a man. But you got Oprah.

No matter how independent a woman can be, she will ALWAYS need a man in order to have sex and kids IF she's heterosexual.

One question! What do you all think about housing for black women? Does that have an effect on a womens attitude and ambition!

The phrase let a man be a man is a fucking joke. There isn't a women not only on earth, but any other planet that can tell me shit. Now i'm a man of reason, but no women make moves for me. I'm designed and built in the image of God, not a women. All of them run off at the fucking mouth all the time and keep up dumb shit, shopping malls, clothes, nails, and makeup all that stupid shit. Rick James say love em and leave em. I got money, houses, cars, bikes, and women can be bought too these days.

If I have to "LET" a man be a man, then that's the not the strong man that I'd be looking for.

Sensitive man does not = weak man.

I agree with some of what you say, but you sound like you are doing what so manyt men do blame the Black woman for relationship dynamic. She is only 1/2 of the dynamic.

you have to understand something about most single black women. Most single black women have a history of supporting themselves, holding down a job (or two), possibly raising children, attending school, taking care of household bills (probably with a house of their own) and helping out with other family responsibilities involving parents, grandparents and siblings. In many cases they have handled these responsibilities without a strong or consistent male influence in their lives.

Yea I hear ya but you have independent women who say they don't need a man but then turn around and say they have a hard time finding one. But I'm like "wait you said you don't need a man" So what is it? Do you want one or don't? Thats why I say that phrase "I don't need a man" gets taken out of context because women mean one thing but you have some men who think another.
