  • I'm autistic (Asperger's), and horses helped me a lot as a child. They helped me to break through my shyness and communication difficulties.

    At age 13, I adopted a horse who had been neglected and mistreated, and restoring his health and trust helped to strengthen me a lot.

    I'd love to adopt horses for my daughters. I had to sell our horses when I lost my job due to illness a few years ago.
