I was wrong - the scene of them kissing was the breakup - He has gone to Africa to be a volunteer. He may come back but, I think it is over.

Good News - There are pictures of Matt KISSING Betty in the 11th episode - Back in her Place. Betty is having a really, really BAD WEEK because of Willie! Matt is the one who ends up comforting her in the end!!!

I read it on the Ausiello Files but, His leaving may only be temporary - like a few episodes. I think Betty's really headed for a fall of some sort given the rough patch she is going to go through with Willemina being back at Mode. Willie is going to make her life a living hell! Which is going to have an impact on her relationship with Matt. Did you see the pictures he paints of Betty in Passion of the Betty - they are really good and scary by placing her on a pedestal.
