  • Has anyone ever thought that maybe some people like eating their meat welldone and are not into the whole hype of eating fish and meat raw? Just because you like your meat to be medium - welldone or medium - rare, doesn't mean everyone else does too.

  • Its pretty simple to do a shabu shabu - just put the finely sliced meat (this is the reason why it turns brown extremely fast) in the pot and when its brown on both sides just pull it out and dip in soya sauce and put in mouth :D
