OSHO International Foundation - http://www.osho.com

This is an excerpt (part 2 of 4) from a video "Stress Free Living-Meditation For Busy Women". Part 1 is titled OSHO: Everyday Meditation.
Maneesha James presents strategies to avoid and reduce stress, and meditative methods to unwind, based on 'The Book of Secrets', by Osho. Usually we think of the body and mind as being two separate parts of ourselves. But in reality they're two aspects of one integrated whole. So when there's stress in the mind, that will be reflected in the body, and when the body's feeling tense, that will come in the way of the mind being calm. Through meditation we can learn to work with, rather than against the bodymind, and how to bring together the qualities of relaxation and awareness.

  • Great video! The Laughter will come more often once you recognize what the emotions are.. it's silly really.. you are not the emotion, let them trasmit through you and then one will find that they will drift off into the nothingness in which it arised :)

    Thanks for this video!

  • Osho has given a great contribution of the liberty that we now experience in life.

    At Presence in Business .com we offer stress-free living after 30 seconds for the remainder of the day, or permanent after a 2-day course!

  • @tinaslynn Emotion is a complicated phenomenon. It is only a word, a symbol that we use to describe specific interactive reactional situations. Really, all emotion is is a spectrum of good and bad, peaceful being in the middle. Our emotion at the bottom line are only positive or negative energies. So you are right! let them flow! :)!

  • What about angry make-up sex to get out your frustration? Lol, seriously...

  • what a cutie!

  • @originalhome along with what alliant said I also think you should consider what being vegan is... taking the lives of plants. Plants are sentient as well you know. No matter what you eat, you will be eating something that was once alive. And the idea of God is subjective, as well as sexual "misconduct." Those perceptions are all culturally based. This goes with the difference between psychedelics and intoxicants because it all depends on the intent of the user and society's drug standards.

  • @SomeStickyIky he is not going to born nor suffer in any form of life. You can say that he had reached Nirvana. So OSHO is now never born, never died.

  • Could we access to part 3 and 4 of the video? Where are they? Thanks

  • @originalhome

    and if mature enough,

    take psychedelics.

    I do hope you did not think they were intoxicants.

  • where osho at??

  • Thank you for uplifting information. But teaching of the True Masters must be practiced first;

    1) Refrain from taking the life of sentient beings (any living being, so be Vegan), 2) speaking what is not true, 3) taking what is not offered, 4) sexual misconduct, 5) the use of intoxicants. And meditate on God.
