AIO Bedini Light Fan & Charger

All In One John Bedini / Light / Fan / Battery charger - integrated with the Joule Thief circuit. A small scale proof of principle which could be applied to existing solar / off the grid houses to recover energy and charge batteries whilst running their lights and / or fan, or to just charge lead acid batteries efficiently and uniquely by the Bedini process.
