Pizza Base
16 oz frozen corn
1 c chopped red bell pepper
1 t cumin
Pinch Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch cayenne
1/2c brown flax seeds ground
¼ c brown flax seeds
1 T olive oil
Form into 4 inch thin crust base. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 3 hrs. then, invert and dehydrate for 5 more hrs. Spread it with the marinara sauce and your favorite topping


Tomato Marinara Sauce
1 c red grapes
2 c chopped tomatoes
12 sundried tomatoes soaked
1 c chopped fuji apples
salt and pepper to taste
1 t olive oil
1 t apple cider vinegar
1 t braggs aminos
pinch italian seasoning
¼ c fresh basil leaves
3 pitted soaked dates

Blend in a blender and dehydrate for 5 hrs. put in 1 c of soaked ground peanuts and 2 t capers.
