I learned about C-ute from Buono because Airi is in both of them. There's a good reason why she's always in the middle: she is one of the best singers ever, as well as being really cute!

@HinaxSasu101 Also..airi's voice is very stable..and shes really cute so shes basicly promoting C-UTE..not to be rude again but Hagiwara Mai's voice isnt the best as well...everyday..new people get interested into C-ute..and the first person they notice is airi..why? and why would they keep watching? ..because airi... .-. honestly if airi wasnt in c-ute.then i think c-ute fan base would drop a whole lot...basicly airi "makes" C-ute...as it is now

@HinaxSasu101 not to berude, but do you think airi honestly chooses to be the lead? -_-...Tsunku gives them the lines..and its kinda annoying how people complain about airi, when she can't do squat about it..shes doing her job, as in being told what to do...ALSO no one complains about how Risako+miya+momo get all the main lines and how the others get 0-1 ._. so why airi..?

Airi is extremely popular. The most popular members are usually the centers, to make the group more memorable to casual fans. If they had a different center for every single, then casual fans would lose track of who's who and give up on the entire group.
Of course it becomes a vicious cycle (i.e. she's in the center because she's popular, she's popular because she's in the center), but that's simply how the business works.
