How long are the bungees your using?
tshepgang 4 weeks ago
@tshepgang Almost all of the Bungees you see in the videos and used by the pros are 20ft Bungees. They're also the most popular with everyone else too; they can do everything the 10ft Bungee can do (smaller rails and features), plus all the killer sh!t you see here!

i have a small hole in the bungee part of my banshee bungee. it is like 3 by 2 mm does that matter ?

@909sammy Send as many details as you can (where you bought it, when you bought it with a receipt, what may have happened while using to cause it, etc.) and some pictures of the area to the customer service email on our website (it won't let us type it here) and we'll take a look and see what's up.

what do you mean not to "dry fire" it?
miggetymike1 2 months ago
@miggetymike1 Dry firing is recoiling a stretched Bungee without any weight on it; basically letting go without a rider holding on. This super-heats the rubber in the Bungee, which is one of the most damaging things you can do to a Bungee and will severely reduce the life of the Bungee. Also it will slam the Bungee into whatever it's anchored to and can damage it that way.
DON"T DRY FIRE YOUR BUNGEE!
