If you are wondering why the achievement did not come up it is because you have got to allow ABC mode in the control options.

do you use the a and b buttons for this on xbox or config the pad to the button that would be and b on megadrive pad cos this dont work for me

Good point. You need to set the control setup to "Sega Megadrive A B C" and then use the corresponding button. I think X is "A", A is "B", and B is "C" lol
