I gues it could be the exhaust valvs clicking, but I don't think so. I did a valve job not to long ago. It must me a slack timing chain.

i think just need to change to a new tyre, it will solved the problem
Last time i having the same issue, i just change a new tyre and everthing is solved

sounds like a bad alternator. well, that's what my car sounded like and it turned out the alternator was going bad.
