A good AD should lead to sales. This AD will lead to no sales cause the AD was about a black laptop which was shot in the dark.
Business Laptops are for MEN not for boys who cant afford a thing.
Sorry, this AD is useless for me who is trying to spend a grand or more for a notebook.

That doesn't make sense. For a laptop company to be understaffed/overworked at their repair facility, that means they would rather retain all the profits and not invest in divisions that require funding. It takes a few weeks sometimes for a tech to be assigned to the laptops requiring repair, so it just sits in a corner collecting dust. They care when you have money in your wallet, but after that, good luck!
