  • My biggest suggestion, is that you do this drill and any hurdle related drill (more specifically those that consist of you going directly over them) with the feet of the hurdle facing you. IN the case that you trip on the hurdle, it will give. In this case if he hits the hurdle he will chance worse injury, because they hurdle will have no give, due to the direction it is faced in his drill. ALWAYS want to feet of the hurdle facing you.

  • just stretch your balls

right - if you're gonna be like that, then, what the hell is him being a running back any kind of excuse for him doing these exercises with poor form?

I don't care how damn good he was, if that's the case, then he should be doing these perfectly as a demonstration of what a good athlete he is.

You don't tell people to squat or lift weights in the gym incorrectly, so why the hell is it allowable to do flexibility exercises with crap form? get over yourself.

  • if it was removed then how did I see it moron..what the fuck do I care when you wrote it..you should have done your research first buddy..

dude, my comment was like half a year ago, and I removed my comment when I did some research on NFL, so don't bother responding to my comment. It's not worth your effort.

  • @tttjump why do you assume to know more than a professional trainer who trains pro football greats like preist holmes..the proof is in the pudding and some priest pudding was damn tasty//the dude was a straight up nasty boy..for rilla

  • @phsyxx he is so close moron hes not afaggot ass hurldler he is one of the best running backs of his time..he did have a 30 td season and was as good as it gets when he was healthy..plus like I said for the drill he is so close and they want the range of motion of bringing his leg around to rotate his hips ....have you ever seen a 230 pnd hurdler...he dont jump over things he runs throught hem or right on by,..

  • @Invincible711 seriously..in another video they were saying how unflexible he was..its like hello morons he is an all time great running back..who was very nimble on his feet and one of the better athletes to ever lace up the cleets..come on people get a fucking clue.before you speak and show how clueless you really are//Priest=beast

  • preist holmes was the perfect monster

  • HE takes his legs out to the side for two reasons, one- to get his legs over the hurdles and 2- because the hurdles are so close together he has to kick his foot out to the side. If you notice he brings his knee straight up first then kicks his foot out to the side. if the hurdles were farther apart this would be a running drill and his legs would come more forward. Guys, there is no reason to be insulting on here. Don't take things personal when someone is trying to make a point.
