Using video cameras do no more harm than reading a book can! It doesn't send out any signals or receive any that could possibly cause interference in the cockpit. Had it been a mobile phone it would be different and then I would agree with you.

@RobertNicholls There is a rule which is based on any scientific grounds. There's just a public rule if there comes a new product with a transponder which can contain bring dangerous for the flight. That's why the rule has to been followed.

@rhymeandreasoning the noise is from the engines which is right next to the guy filming this video,usually we dont hear it becoz engines are wel away fom the passengers seats but this is a diffrent kind of aircraft..
