Ew, the guy at Allisons isn't using gloves when he makes the lobster rolls. Is that not a violation of restaurant safety regulations in Maine? If not, it should be cos it's nasty.

The reason why Allison's skimps on the meat is that he saves the tails for the dinner menu. Where as the Clam Shack puts all of the meat in the bun. More bang for your buck?
