  • overcooked.dapat jan magpakulo n ng sabaw then last iadd yan mussels kc mdali lang maluto sk nareretain nya yung nutrients nya at texture,then yung gulay...

  • @jayjavina noticed too, what i do, time it so that the mussels or tahong looked like its blanched then keep it off the fire, then i let it cool down a bit before serving.

  • craving for this but i don't have tahong so i switched to halaan. cold countries have fresh halaan during the spring season. nice timing!
