What's to be done with fields-full of pumpkins when the jack-o-lantern market takes a back slide? Don't toss your hands up in dispair. Chunk those punkin's skyward. That's what Howard Taylor, director of Wellington Farm, USA, does. From now until the end of October, Taylor and others are celebrating the harvest at his living history farm located south of Grayling, Michigan. One way they celebrate autumn is with an authentic replica midieval seige machine, used to launch their glut of gourds towards the clouds. Jim Smith, Info Northeast news preporter and a big supporter of Wellington Farm, shares his punkin chunkin' knowledge in this Info Northeast Video Event Presentation.
