「タメおやじ」： 17/16拍子(1***2***3***-4***)で、4拍目のスネアドラムが妙に遅れて（ためて）聞こえるビート。
Billy Cobhamの打ち出す素早い17/16拍子や、Steve Gaddの「pocket」、「laidback」してグルーヴさせる概念とは一線を画し、タイトにプレイすればする程ルーズに聞こえてしまうあたりは、プレイヤーにとっ­ては全く報われない。
場合によっては「こいつらヤバイぞ」と、プレイヤー生命を縮めかねない捨て身の荒技とも言える。
が、しかし、2拍、4拍の手拍子が不思議と熱中できて楽しいと、お客様には好評です。

We are in the 21st century now about should be exploring the possibilities of much more profound music in harmony and rhythm, though it might have been nice back in 50 years ago or something. It's so damn corny if you we played it in the mediocre fashion.

an example of my attempt to unveil the esoteric complexity of the original compositions of mine by giving a very simple example of odd meters. It's merely a joke.
