Half-Life 2: Episode Two -First Gameplay Moments- Part 2-4

I decided I would record my very first moments in Episode Two just after configuring the in-game settings. My brother played it before me and he's almost at the end, so I could have tried from a later part in the game but of course I declined and started from the beginning (he gave me some tips though).

Since I didn't record my voice for my first time "impressions" and reactions to the events I decided to "act" a bit, through mouse movements, as if I was emotionally responding to certain situations. So if Alyx told me something and I thought it was right, I would "nod" with my mouse, etc. I hope it helps understanding how I felt during my first moments (I did my best, but next time I'll try to add some narration).

And by the way Valve thanks for the great game !

Well I made sure that the in-game settings were set at their highest settings. My computer is nothing spectacular: AMD X2 4400+, OCZ 2GB RAM DDR1, ASUS A8N-SLi Premium, GeForce 8800GTS 640MB, SoundBlaster X-Fi XtremeMusic.

So other than my graphics card and audio card it's nothing awesome. But it sure plays the game very smoothly.

Hum, rahkshi, it was just my game-play style, remember, it was my FIRST game. My bro told me a few things, so in some places I had a good idea on what was supposed to happen, but I never actually SAW any of that in action. I kept my distance because I was unsure of the events to come.

Not a bad video. I can see the emotions with the nodding etc but I don't think everyone will like that. Take for instance I nodded very rarely in my old EP1 vids and many liked that because it was funny and not over-used.

Anyway last complaint is work on improving the quality of the vid :)
