Diesel the Doberman - wicked smaht Red Sox Fan on his first birthday

Diesel the Doberman Dog's first birthday today. Diesel the Doberman is a huge Boston Red Sox fan. Diesel is not a New York Yankees fan. Diesel is enjoying a homemade dog bone, thanks Daddy!
Diesel is happy today that CJ the beautiful Red Doberman won First Place in the Working Group last night at the 2010 Westminster Dog Show - wow!
(Diesel thinks CJ should have won Best in Show too!)

Actually, it's a "Show" crop. There are three kinds of crops for Dobermans - Pet, Military, and Show. This is the longest, and it's cropped for AKC Conformation shows. He won 16 Blue Ribbons in 20 shows - the 4 he didn't take 4 were 2nd place, so I guess all the judges must have liked his ears!

Thank you! He is a beauty. He comes from a private breeder in Massachusetts, he's an American Bred show dog. (but mostly he's my spoiled rotten puppy!) I taught him to turn the vacuum on and off the other day. Now I just have to teach him to push it. ;)

Beautiful! Did he by any chance come from Baystar Dobermans? They had the dog that won the merit award at Westminster. We went for the first time this year. I'm looking for a good/pup breeder.
