That's what Obama wants you to believe and you are falling for it. It started when the government wanted our banks to give loans to "the working poor" so that almost anyone could have a house. Clinton was pushed to do this in the mid 90's and then Buch didn't do anything about that law, if the markets were free they wouldn't have given risky loans. I will quote my college psche professor, Dr. Russell Haney for you here. (USC)

Dr. Haney said any IQ over 140 must be specifically tested for. Usually IQ exceeding 140 is noted as 141 or 140+.

The only reason to test above that would be for a specific job , like say topology where the person must have a higher IQ and start around 10 years old.

In other words, uness Obama was specifically tested. over a period of days, to determine his IQ, you cannot accurately say it is 165.

Your comments are factually incorrect. The community reinvestment act forced banks to give loans to people who would not normally qualify. Once the banks felt they had the backing of government through F and F greed did kick in as it does in a capitalist society which is the other half of the equation.
