This is a DVD extra from my film "Songs About Your Girlfriend". It gives a little insight into how we were able to make a feature film for under $2000. If this interests you, please check out the rest of the film on my main page.

  • thanks dude

  • Thanks, this was very helpful.

  • you all should search "The Harrison House Trailer" on youtube.

it's a indie film shot for 600 dollars.

    dreams can happen.

  • Wow that was really helpful!

  • Thanks for your wonderful tips, you did an awesome job! I'm a script writer and looking to do a short film to enter in a sundance independent contest, would it be okay if I can email you or ask you questions in helping me out? If so, let me know

  • Check out "The God Complex" and "Rectuma" by filmmaker Mark Pirro. Both films were shot for less than $1000 each. You can find trailers for them here on Youtube. Pirro has been making micro films for over 30 years. His first film was "A Polish Vampire in Burbank" shot in 1983 for $2500 (and that was back in the day when they actually shot on FILM).

  • any guerrilla filmmaker from LA here? I need to build a crew for my next micro budget film. BTW this is really a great help for guerrilla filmmakers. thanks
