Are you telling us, police oversea should not care for Filipinos?
Because, if this happen in most countries, they will not consider if it is a local or not. This is a job they signed up for, and saving lives of anyone.
Then again, your own countrymen suffered atrocities by your own police force too.
I guess it does not matter if is outsider or not, they will not do it for locals too.

Right. It stops up to NIJ Level IIIA. It won't stop Level III or IV.

Perhaps it would slow the round enough that it would be then stopped by the vest though.

Nope. Levels III and IV won't be slowed down, or stopped. We advise to absolutely not take the Batshield into a battle if you are up against Level III or IV.
