Not nescessarily, a decent animator would ignore the source material for the dialogue all together and try and achieve something new to add to the audio. Those who simply copy the poses from the movie might aswell be rotoscoping.

This one is pretty good but then again it's referenced from a movie so the "how to" was right in front of the artist.
