Previously known as Lincoln Street Exit; with that name they released one great album for Mainstream label in 1970; this wonderful song was included in the album "The Plight Of The Redman" released for Rare Earth label in 1972

My mother loved XIT, she even had this poster, loved the one with Custer's coat on. I remember this song and it is still just awesome and powerful as ever. My mother's father's family is from the Gabrielano(sp?) tribe here in San Gabriel CA so she has always loved listening to XIT. Sadly she passed away this past Feb and what would have been her birthday is coming up on the 18th of this month and listening to these songs makes me feel closer to her although I miss her so. Thank you.
