  • What a great band. They never got the credit they deserved in america

  • Agree with all comments - this is top song and a great version. When I grew up watching Lizzy it was always a big thing to see what Phil was gonna wear - he was such a cool frontman. Lynott's leather look here is great man - makes me wanna go in the loft and pull out my 30" waist leathers!! Doubt i'll get into em now tho!! LIZZY LIVES ON AS MY 3 YR OLD IS WELL INTO THEM NOW!

  • @TheMullerFan

I was new to the band...

  • @caribman747 Robbo and Scott invented twin guitar play. Not Gary and Scott.

  • @Kostas4e You're fucken joking right?

  • @caribman747 Gary Moore was a peice of shit. He didn't play solos he just showed off. Listen to Robbo; He's one of the most melodic players of all time. Robbo smokes Gary

  • @unlikeanyotherhuman Yes, my friend!

  • @Grumberf Oh, you said what I just said. LOL I saw Ash 3 times between 70 and 71...

  • @caribman747 Hear a band from England called Wishbone Ash. They were actually the first twin guitar rock act, but, their music was more early prog-rock and not hard rock like Lizzy. Still, Lizzy gets my vote, hands down. I was friends with Phil-he Lived up the road from me in London-and I used to jam with Robbo, and Scott.

Gary Moore was always Phil's first choice and rightly so.

  • Look for ''Wishbone Ash Living proof'' a good song to there you go a twin guitar song

  • @caribman747 Wishboneash were first of with twin Guitars then 4 years after came thin lizzy but still Thin Lizzy deserv bit more Respect for the twin Guitar

  • Probably the best line up ........ but I think Gary Moore was a better guitarist than Robertson just that for various reasons he could never stick it for more than 5 minutes. If he had stayed he would have the right be be considered as part of the best line up. Lizzy invented twin guitar play.
