This is an early, unfinished edit taken from the film 'The Secrets of Tone Production on all Bowed String Instruments' by Simon Fischer, released on 17th September 2010 and co-branded by The Strad magazine and Peters Edition, London.
The film, which is slightly over 4 hours long on two dual-layer DVDs, features 5 'Million Dollar Tone Production Exercises'. It includes short clips of coaching the exercises mainly on violin but also on viola, cello and double bass.
What you see here is only a basic edit, without final work done on camera angles, colour, light etc.
