The wing retracts were a dropp in fit. For the front I had to find a location for the steering servo and modify the installation point. I've used wood to reinforce the installation for those not-so-perfect landing.

Mods were easy. Just carve some foam and add plywood for the support. Wings were dropp in. I don't like the stock setup, week motor. Update to 1860 to 2000 kv motor for a nice 6s setup. I just installed 1900kv motor but was not able to fly yet due to crappy weather and limited time. With a motor I had before the flight was easy, nice and smooth. Will see how it handles once I get more stick time.

  • Hello,..I am planning of getting this plane with the same retract system you have. The wings were straight drop ins as you mentioned,..no modifications there ? How hard was it for you to modify the front for the nose gear? Was it worth the trouble. How do you like the plane over all. What kind of power system do you have? Is it the stock fan and motor or you upgraded it? Thanks for your time ! !
