I love the 1920's music era, and Cliff is a singer, that I play all the time. If there is a heaven, he is there on a cloud with his uke, may he be on youtube forever.

@CatsPjamas1 What I don't understand is how come in the 1980s why they started saying Disco sucked and no one has said the same about Rap/Hip Hop. If somebody would do so people would realize how bad the music business has gotten and people might finally do something about it.

Singers in Mr. Edward's time had to sing in real time and each voice was unique. Today's singers lip sync to prerecorded vocals ran through vocal enhancement software and they sound so much alike you can't tell one from the other.

@donn409 Very true, today music is very generic and terrible.

@CatsPjamas1 Rap/Hip Hop has also contributed to the music industry's ills.

@donn409 Definitely, it's the primary cause!

For some reason I never tire of Cliff Edwards. Whether he's being a serious singer or being humorous, he's always worth a listen.

@ThePeaceableKingdom He has a very pleasant relaxing voice. I'm surprised he isn't more popular on YouTube.
