Minecraft 1.6.5 Bug - Respawn after death results in being stuck until breaking block below

This doesn't seem to happen at all spawn locations. If I change my spawn location to another bed in the same room the glitch doesn't happen.

@anarchyslayer The bug might not be specific to 1.6.5, i just noticed it when i died after the update. it would suck though to be stuck in obsidian without any tools : /

Perhaps the ceiling matters? There ws a big that used to set you too high. Maybe this attempts to set you to the usual-minus-one.

@EloneKitty maybe, the weird thing is that it works just fine if i use other beds inside the same room. Maybe it's just the location of the chests and how it determines your placement from that.

it happens to me, that i respawn in my original point where i started playing

even if i got a bed in my home

this sucks. i disliked the original country and i went somewhere else. it takes almost a hour to find that place again -.-
