help! ive done what the video said but how long do you have to wait till the dog pees because i wait outside with the dog (a pomeranian 7 weeks old ) for roundabout 20 min and when i come back in with the dog it does its business inside =( and this happens everysingle time

I would wait for around 5-10 minutes then return indoors but if the puppy needs to go and hasn't, keep hold of them and retry a few minutes later and repeat until they hopefully go.
If it is a pattern that has already developed you may need to keep going in and out and dont give the dog a chance to have an acident indoor. After your pom goes outside once it should hopefully get much easier. Remember to really reward him/her for going outside when s/he goes.
