@ali8roc lol yea some douchebag said that. i love how they stopped in the middle of the show to yell at him, but baroness and BTBAM both played perfect for mastodon then when mastodon was up they raped the rest of the show. these 3 bands are the perfect match up for shows

that show was fuckin ridiculous...except for between the buried and me almost getting booed off stage and brent fucking up during the last baron. but otherwise it was fucking sick plus baroness was amazing and i got to go into my first real mosh pit

I say they dump brent's singing. Troy sounds so much better live as well as on the record. maybe even have brann sing even more? Blood and Thunder was by far their best song that night haha. so much energy. Divinations was pretty fuckin sick too.

The old songs will always be the "best of the night" for Mastodon because they can't sing live. The old songs have screamed vocals, which they can pull off. Crack the Skye is a great album, but Mastodon shouldn't fool themselves - they can't "do it live."
