Radial arm lift has adjustable speeds. DC motor is pretty quiet as it's barely doing any work.

  • Love the reduced hole at the base of the long spiral - great idea! From the top looking at it I thought, "How is he getting it to speed up like that? There's only room for about one or two coils and I don't see it slimming down any!"

  • That is pretty awesome, actually 8D Now you don't need to lift them manually, anymore :3

  • @haikaelong You beat me to the first comment..... damned you!

  • Great job, Matt! Power these bad-boys up.... See if you can get them displayed in store windows to attract people's attention. A smart store owner won't have a problem with attracting more attention to his place.... and it gives people a chance to see your work, and possibly buy it....

  • Awesome, adjustable speeds!

  • Very nice Matthew. I like the radial arm lift especially at the slow speed. It has the feel of a hand picking up the marble. The straight spiral is very effective where the marble has to lose its angular momentum before dropping out onto the next track. Always enjoy looking at your work. Best wishes.

  • you never cease to amaze me. I love your work! Some day I will purchase one of your machines!! I just have to save up money. what was its around $800? OOOH!!! how much for a wall mounted one? that would be cool!

  • Wow love the machine and nice work with the marble lift, especially with different speed modes. (first comment TEEHEE)
