See how the ants attack the termites as they new queen and kings make ready to leave their nest and start their own colonies. The termite guards are the ones with the big heads, but they are no match to the ants with their biological weapons. Just another thing we didn't invent.

So I'm an apiarist, not a formicarist or termite expert. In my years of beekeeping and knowing the different caste system of the bees, I can only guess that the ones with wings are drones because they reproduce with (at the time) winged queens and the others are workers because they are smaller. Am I right or not?
