Thanks for the video! I'm a new subscriber! I had to modify a few things as I have an injured knee, so the jumping was not an option. But I kept moving throughout! Thanks again!

Can you please tell me as to how much time should i give for each exercise and how many sets?

@wrathchildw0w In terms of time and sets to do, just follow along and try to do everything as we do in the video. It's not as much about time and sets, it's more about constant motion and not having downtime between exercises. When you get too tired doing something, move on to the next exercise. However, for this video we did 60 second intervals.
