Should have cut 'oh daddy'.. To me that song is a dud!

Lindsey didn't bully this song off the album. Read Ken Caillat's book. The song was too long against the limitations of a side of vinyl. Lindsey knew Stevie's song "I Don't Want To Know" and recorded it while she was out of town. Nobody was thrilled they couldn't include the song, least of all Lindsey and Caillat who tried to edit it under six minutes. When you have that many passionate, creative people that close to each other for so long, rumors start. Huh.

At least the song was released at all. B-sides, it was the B-side to Go Your Own Way. (See what I did there?) B-side material here! This makes a great B-side. So what if people only listen to the A-side, it's a B-side! Fleetwood Mac should release an album full of B-sides. Not C-sides, W-sides, or water slides. Just B-sides!!!

Seen it, and that's not what I was talking about. I was correcting the poster who said they tried and failed to edit it under six minutes. But my main complaint was the characterization that Lindsey wasn't a bully. Work on your reading comprehension.

Richard Dashut, the engineer and co-producer, called it "The best song that never made it to a record album." They had to shorten it to fit it and Stevie said NO!

What do you mean "tried to edit it" under six minutes? The song is only 4 and half minutes long. And read Mick Fleetwood and Carol Ann Harris' books. Not only was Lindsey a bully, but he used women as punching bags. Despicable. Also, Stevie in her In Your Dreams Q & A's says Ken Caillat is full of it.
