  • How do you like it so far? Fully loaded with nav? I'm deciding between veloster and this...

  • @ItTastesGood Well the MyFord Touch and transmission haven't exactly been reliable but I would still take this over a Veloster...cuz the Veloster is pretty slow and not exactly what I'd call an attractive or practical car. There's a Veloster Turbo on the way so you might want to wait for that too

  • Hey have you had the transmission TSBs applied?

    Seriously get it done!

TSB 10-10-2 is ESSENTIAL and will prevent TRANSMISSION DAMAGE

The latest software for the DCT is from another TSB

    TSB 12-01-04A

The make a HUGE difference in the car as a whole in terms of driveablity.

  • @justincgs brought it in for that, dealer was incredibly rude to me when I requested it and the differences are minimal

  • cold start in a garage??? I love your focus videos, but I have to laugh at this one...sorry. Can't get enough of your focus vids

  • @Trruckker it isn't heated! haha

  • You need to retrain the transmission computer after doing so. There is a driving procedure to do so. PM me and I'll link the procedure to you.

  • @gab13005 Ford didn't name it that, that's just what it is...Ford named it PowerShift. A dual-clutch transmission is an automated manual transmission because it is one. There's no torque converter and no planetary gear set like a traditional automatic. There's one clutch for odd gears, one for even. Yes, from a driver's perspective, it is an "automatic" transmission. Behind the scenes, it works like a manual transmission with two clutches. Both clutches work in tandem for gear changes.

  • dual-clutch automated manual... this is an automatic transmission that passes the gears for you, i know it's the company that named the transmission like that but it has nothing to do with a manual transmission

  • I have like half your mileage and you have had this car for over twice as long as me lol
