Zack & Wiki - Both Water and Vacuum

Lore #4 of the Jungle Ruins reads,

"Sliding and leaping into both water and vacuum."

This should be a pretty easy one too. Only one stage in the Jungle Ruins involves sliding; it's also the only stage that involves water. That stage, of course, is The Fountain Guardian. From there, you can figure that "leaping" must refer to Zack directly going into the pool and that "vacuum" refers to after the lake has been drained. Don't worry. Zack might hit his butt--or his head--on the empty pond, but he'll be just fine.

The next Lore on the list is Jungle Ruins #5.
"A big man waits to hear the sound and lose his limbs."
This one is a bit harder. Can you guess what it is before you see the next video?
