I took a look at "F-35 is a Lemon". I have a tendency to believe the engineers that said it is a turkey. This video "F-35, a Pilots Perspective" is nothing more that a commercial. And I do not believe everything they are saying.

I got it right but there's not enough space in posts to elaborate. Yet you acknowledge in a certain area Eurofighter is more capable (WVR). BVR is useless against fighters that have multiple counters in ECM & IADS. F-35 IADS is far superior to everyone else right now but that's near useless, because you can put an advanced IADS suit into just about anything so F-35 is trumped up shit. My point was F-35 fails in air superiority.

I agree ... it felt like a commercial to me too :)

Personally the fact that the plane has only one engine.. it is already deficient unless they can prove that the engine is unsurpassed in reliability.

the reputation of a military aircraft is decided by its track record and in the future we'll know if this is going to be as successful as say... the F16 or just another F22 who captured the imagination but failed fulfill its designed role
