Percy Jackson Cast

These are the people who i think should play the characters of the Percy Jackson series. Some of them have already been casted, but i added some more. Since Disney Hyperion published the books, I think it would make since if some Disney Channel stars got the parts of some of the characters. Besides, some of them match the character descriptions really well.

@lexyanne1 Thanks. Well wehen I get bored I movie surf over the internet. I like reading stuff on upcoming movies and learning how it will be made or who the cast will consist of. I usually get my stuff off of IMDB. It's usually 85% accurate and, personally, it's only been wrong once, but then they quickly changed their information. As for the characters who haven't been casted, I decide who I think should play them based on performance and appearance.

my opinion- percy needs black hair, annabeth needs blonde hair, grover isnt black...

nico needs black hair, rachel needs to be younger, chiron needs a beard, ares needs to be bulkier, thalia is COMPLETELY wrong, she needs black spiky short hair,

beckendorf is younger and isnt black, sally needs longer hair, gabe is just....no he isnt that old, clarisse needs black hair not blonde, so fix all that, you got you're perfect cast.

@Srathius Thank you, ImmaBelieve. These actors and actresses will change their appearances if demanded by the Writers or Directors. It's Hollywood, that's what they do; they dress up. The actor who played Harry Potter had Brown hair and not Black hair too, so cares if Percy's is Brown in the movie. No one else is complaining. Ray Winstone IS INDEED bulky, I've see a lot of movies with him in it. He atcually was in the movie as Ares, too, for about a minute.

Since the Writers decided to make the characters older for the movie, Emma Stone would actually be the perfect age for Rachel Dare. Beckendorf IS Black, as he is decribed in the books as being a "huge African American dude". It's on Camp Half-Blood Wiki and Rick Riordan stated so in an interview. Who cares if Sally's hair is like an inch shorter; you're the only one I've heard complain about that. As for Clarisse, there's very few young actresses that meet her standards.

So if you find a better actress for Clarrise, please tell me for the sequel/remake of this video. And Clarisse has Brown hair, not Black hair. Christopher Colombus picked the cast. It's a MOVIE ADAPTATION!! It's not going to be perfect, none of them are. As Rick Riordan has told us fans countless times, accept the movie as one thing and the book as another thing. They're two COMPLETELY different works of art (and yes, film and literature are classified as art).

And actually Jake T. Austin would do well, and I could totally see David Henrie as Ethan Nakamura. Selena Gomez too.
