Can you do a wee tutorial on how to do this in AE? im new to it but would be rad not having to buy a TS lens!!

@grandmastaal - Hi, there ar a lot of ways to it. The easiest way i suppose is to use and adjustment layer and appply a blur on it. It's that simple. cheers
