@MrCatalano14 Little tough to ignore when you want to use the squat rack properly and this fool is in the way. "At least he's in a gym" ?? That's some flawed logic. He's doing nothing other than risking injury and wasting valuable space and equipment that other people could be using. He'd be better off spending his time elsewhere.

i do this to they are quarter squats they work jumping muscles a lot better than full squats (which i also do) many track athletes at the college level and pro level do this jonathan edwards for example..(triple jump world record holder)

@MrDeltaMaster I approved your comment because it's one of the funnier comment's I've seen come through. Yes, he's doing a completely incorrect "squat" because he's a pro athlete haha. Good one buddy ! Let me tell you the reality of the scenario though. The reality is this guy was a complete ass and has no idea how to use any equipment in the gym. He is in no way, shape or form an athlete or anything close to it.
