@AmethystINK The graph be a horizontal line, from left to right, where y = -4. Since it doesn't matter what value you put in for x, y is always -4, so you could plot points at (-2,-4), (-1,-4), (0,-4), (1,-4), and (2,-4) and draw a line through it.

Move the 3x to the other side to make it: 3y = 3x + 6, then divide all terms by the number in front of the "y" (which is 3). This leaves us with y = 1x + 2, or just y = x + 2. Now set up your table of values as the video explains.

i thought that when you put the x numbers it has to be a sequence like -2,0,2

No, the "x" numbers can be any number. Some are more efficient than others. For instance, if my equation had a denominator of 3, my "x" values would be multiples of 3, like -6, -3, 0, 3, 6, 9 etc.
