First saw this when I was 11 and I was completely grossed out. Thought Terry was goner for sure here but Bruce to the rescue like always with Inque.
The hat and goggles that Bruce wears in the clip is a reference to a past Batman: The Animated Series episode where it's revealed that, as a child, Bruce was a big fan of a TV hero named the Gray Ghost who wore those same hat and goggles.
This is "Black Out" the third episode of the late 90's animated series Batman Beyond.
Batman Beyond takes place in the future where Bruce is now an 80-year-old man living in his manor where his only companion is his dog, Ace. After a series of circumstances, he meets the teenager Terry McGinnis who he hires to be the new Batman in Neo-Gotham.
