The answer to the question in the title of the video is quite simple: Too many of those black women just have too much attitude. Many brothers who refuse to date them are often accused of being racist towards sisters. What is a man supposed to do? Must he wear a dashiki all the time, professing deep devotion to Mother Africa? Should he just tolerate the attitudes and mood swings? No. Maybe those women should just date and NEVER get married, and ideally NEVER move in with the men they see.

Why women can't find a decent good successful black men is when a dude is at college asking a girl out is beyond impossible 1) they prefer the badboys over the niceguys 2) they like the abusive types 3) they see us niceguys don't have those qualities while some of us nicedude have active lives 4) often you see these badboys have no jobs to support themselves 5) when they turn thirty they all start looking at a niceguy.
