What is Tom DeLay Smoking?

Tom DeLay is absolutely off his rocker. On Hardball yesterday, he called the attorney purge a "manufactured scandal" that there is "no evidence whatsoever" to support. It amazes me how easy lying and/or denying reality comes to these people.

Apparently the internal emails, DoJ lies and shifting timelines are perfectly benign. Nothing to see here. When Matthews challenges him with the most damning email of all regarding Carol Lam, DeLay falls all over himself with stuttering, incoherent stupidity. Damn liberal media and their recitation of "Chuck Schumer's press releases"!

He destroyed the democratic process in Texas and then America. A born drive in movie hypocrite! He did 3 days then was out on 10,000 dollars bail. He picked his own judge....so he'd get a small sentence ...then to be overturned on appeal from his friends or payoffs. Watch, he won't do any time at all! Look at him...he knows it!
